In the fall of 2011, Gabriel went on a hike with his older brother at the Eagle River Nature Center. While stopping for a moment to take in the magnificent view, Michael said to Gabriel, "It is views like these that make me believe in God." This memory has remained with Gabriel since that time and has called him to remember God, whose own art consists of the Heavens and the earth.
